FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are your pieces embroidered or printed?
Our hoodies are embroidered with real thread, with some designs reaching up to 140,000 stitches for a level of depth, texture, and detail that a flat print simply can't replicate.

Do you offer sizes above 2XL?
Yes. Sizes 3XL–5XL are available by request in our Classic fit hoodies. Premium Heavyweight hoodies are not available in sizes above 2XL. Contact us at shonaiclothing@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @shonai.ca, and we'll be happy to arrange it.

Do you ship to the US? Are there customs fees? Yes! We ship across Canada and the US. For US orders, all duties are prepaid, so the price you pay at checkout is final, with no surprise customs fees on delivery.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes set by your country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How long until my order ships? Most pieces are made to order in small batches. Hoodies typically require 2–4 weeks for production, depending on order volume, before shipping. Drop orders begin production once the drop window closes. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping? Free shipping on all Canada and US orders over $150 CAD. Orders under $150 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

What are drops? Drops are our limited-release collections, available only for a set period of time. Once a drop closes, that release is no longer available. While select designs may return in the future, there's no guarantee. Join our email list for early access and drop announcements.

Will my order arrive in one package? Not always. Our hoodies are made and shipped locally, while our tees are fulfilled separately. If your order includes both, they may arrive in separate packages at different times, each with its own tracking.

What's your return policy? If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll provide a replacement or full refund. Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Sizing issues may be eligible for an exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Please review the sizing information on each product page before ordering.
