Made-to-Order Items

Because most Shonai pieces are made to order specifically for you, we handle returns a little differently than mass-retail stores. Every hoodie is personally quality-checked before it ships.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we've got you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at shonaiclothing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. No hassle.

Change of Mind / Sizing

Because items are made to order, we're unable to offer cash refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or store credit where possible. Please review sizing details on each product page before ordering.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, production may have begun and we're unable to cancel made-to-order items.

How to Start a Return or Resolve an Issue

Just email us at shonaiclothing@gmail.com. We're a small brand and we genuinely want you to be happy with your piece. If something feels off, talk to us and we'll do our best to make it right.

Shipping Costs

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
