Shipping Policy
Made to Order
Most Shonai pieces are made to order and crafted locally in small batches. We make each item after it's purchased rather than holding large inventory or mass-producing overseas, which keeps every piece premium and limits waste. Please allow production time in addition to shipping time.
Production Times
- Hoodies (embroidered): Please allow up to 2–4 weeks for production, depending on order volume.
- Tees: Produced on demand; production times may vary, typically around 1 week before shipping.
- Limited drops: Produced after the drop window closes. Larger drops may be fulfilled in batches. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
Once produced, orders ship via tracked mail. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 2–10 business days within Canada and the US after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Customs & Duties
For US orders, all duties are prepaid (DDP). The price you pay at checkout is final, with no surprise customs fees on delivery. For international orders (outside Canada and the US), your order may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your country's customs. These fees are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.
Multiple-Item Orders
Orders containing both hoodies and tees may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. Each shipment includes its own tracking number. You won't be charged extra for separate shipments.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Shonai is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier and marked shipped, Shonai is not responsible for lost, stolen, or carrier-damaged packages. If your tracking shows an issue, contact us and we'll help you work with the carrier.
Questions About Timing
Because items are made to order, we ask for your patience during production. If you ever have a question about your order's status, email us at shonaiclothing@gmail.com before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback while an order is within its stated production and shipping window violates our terms and may result in account review. We'll always work to resolve concerns quickly.
